EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENTS

Employment contracts consist of agreements to work for an employer for a specific length of time. Non-compete agreements limit an employee's ability to engage in other employment both during and after his or her employment. Severance agreements concern an employee's rights and obligations relating to the termination of his or her employment. Violations of these agreements are actionable under law. Signing employment contracts, severance or non-compete agreements without consulting an attorney can negatively affect an employee's rights. In addition to bringing claims for breach of these agreements, we can draft agreements, review existing agreements, and negotiate the terms of agreements.
